 | Our goal is to make your payment experience with us as quick and error-free as we possibly can. We are proud that at our two Full Service Centers located at SM City and Talisay as well as our six other collection offices the average time for each transaction is 45 seconds, probably the shortest of any utility in the country. You can also make partial payments or overpayments, useful when you are expecting to be traveling for an extended period of time. You don't need to bring your bill when you pay, some references or even just your name will do.
You can also pay at certain banks which in turn permit on-line and ATM payments as well as pawnshops bearing the EC Pay sticker.
